Jillian Anderton

absolvierte ein Masterstudium in Linguistik an der Oxford University sowie ein Bachelorstudium in Soziologie und Jura an der Canterbury University. Sie ist qualifizierte Trainerin für Interkulturelle Kompetenz (artop Institut / Humboldt Universität) mit Schwerpunkt Kommunikation im angloamerikanischen Kontext. Aufgrund ihrer unterschiedlichen Auslandserfahrungen (Neuseeland, Australien, USA, Singapur und Deutschland) verfügt Jillian Anderton über ein ausgeprägtes Wissen um erfolgreiche Kommunikationsstrategien unter Berücksichtigung von kulturellen, sprachlichen und sozialen Zusammenhängen im beruflichen Umfeld. Für einige von Deutschlands führenden Unternehmen (Deutsche Bank, Daimler, Boehringer Ingelheim, RWE, EnBW) führt sie firmeninterne Schulungen mit interkulturellen bzw. beruflichen Schwerpunkten durch und arbeitet darüber hinaus als Trainerin und Coach für die Haufe Akademie.

The experience of living, working and studying in various parts of the world (New Zealand, Australia, USA, Singapore, Germany), gives her a unique insight into the issues involved in communicating effectively in terms of culture, language, interpersonal and business skills. Jillian gives in-house intercultural and business skills trainings at some of Germany’s leading companies (Deutsche Bank, Daimler, Boehringer Ingelheim, RWE, EnBW) and is a trainer and coach with the Haufe Akademie.
